Why do other cleaners charge less?
Our pricing is designed to offer great value for money while still being able to cover the cost of ensuring staff are well trained and looked after.
We use an insurance broker which covers the company, our employees, our clients and the premises where our cleaners are working fully. Which means if any issue should arise we can sort it quickly and effectively.
We offer a deep and detailed cleaning package like no other, following up with regular weekly/bi-weekly cleans. Cutting down the time needed to clean each visit on your maintenance cleans.
This means we can offer the ultimate cleaning experience at amazing value for what is included.
We also display our prices on the services page for complete transparency.

Do you mind animals?
Most animals are welcome to do as they usually would for the majority of cleans.
Exceptions being:
- Uncontrollable animals
- Dangerous animals
- Overly friendly animals
We would also require animals to be removed from a room where the floor is being cleaned or other low surfaces.
How much notice should I give for cancellation?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
Repeatedly cancelling at this short notice will incur a 25% charge. Less than 24 hour notice 50% charge. Less than 12 hours, 75% charge and less than 6 hours would be 100% charge.
Cancellation of a deep and detailed clean will also incur a charge in the first instance, if cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to the clean. the fee for this is 50% of the bill.
Do you use your own products?
Yes, that is the preferred thing to do within our company. This ensures we are only using products we know work and are tried and tested. We also then know we have the correct product for the requirements. We will never use a product that is not fit for purpose in the area being treated. For example, we would never use toilet cleaner in the kitchen.
We are happy to use your equipment such as a sweeping brush or vacuum etc. Or we can provide that too.
When and how do I pay?
Usually clients pay upon invoice which they receive via email after their clean has been completed.
However we accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Card/ Contactless (via card machine)
- Cash
Payment is expected upon invoice we do give a 48 hour grace period before chasing invoices. Recurring late payments (exceeding 48 hours) may result in being asked to pay before the cleaner leaves or upfront before the cleaner arrives and /or late fees.
For clients who wish to enter a contract and pay monthly, this can be discussed.
Do you work bank holidays?
We are open as usual most bank holidays.
However, we close for Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Boxing day, new years eve and New years day.
You may find your regular cleaner books time off over their birthday too. We will usually find cover for this if agreed by you.
How does the company work?
We work by providing an initial deep and detailed clean followed by weekly or bi-weekly regular cleans.
We have recently added the Half and Half clean to allow clients to gradually get to the point of maintenance cleaning.
This ensures high levels of cleanliness are maintained thoroughly for the entirety of time you recieve services from our company. We guarentee you will not have to book in for another deep clean while you have a running service with us.
We can offer a deep and detailed clean without follow up cleans if this is required for such occasions as moving in or out of a home etc.
