Fully Insured - Worry Free

We are fully insured to provide cleaning services to all domestic properties. While every precaution is taken to ensure care is taken within your home, sometimes accidents happen. With Posi-TIV-ely Clean, you can rest assured that any damages caused by any of our cleaners will be compensated accordingly. 

If you feel like your assigned cleaning specialist has missed any of your requirements and you report it within 24 hours, we will rectify this too.

Payment and Policies

We send invoices via email on the Sunday immediately prior to your cleaning appointment, payment for none contracted clients should be made immediately after service has been completed where possible. We allow a grace period of 48 hours after completion of service before adding charges onto the clients account (£2 per day for 3 days, £5 per day thereafter). If no contact or payment has been made within 7 days of the completion of service we reserve the right to pursue legal action against you.

Any complaints about service should be made specifically to Joanne Tivey within 24 hours and have all details included to be held accountable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Q. Do You Use Your Own Products?
    A. Yes, we provide our cleaning staff with professional grade, eco-friendly cleaning products bought from our supplier. In the interest of safety for staff members and quality for our clients, we will only use chemicals we know and trust. Our equipment is sanitised ready for each clients clean. Where possible we use the clients vacuum for cross contamination purposes. However, we do have company vacuums which are cleaned and sanitised after each use.
  • Q. When And How Do I Pay?
    A. Invoices are sent to clients on a Sunday for the week about to commence. Payment is then expected immediately after service or at least before midnight of the same day. We offer contracts of different commitments for clients who wish to pay for their weekly or bi-weekly service on a monthly basis. We accept: Bank Transfer (Details on Invoice) Card/ Contactless (via card machine) Payment Link Via Email (5% charge applies) We give a 48-hour grace period from the completion of service before chasing invoices. Recurring late payments (exceeding 48 hours) may result in being asked to pay before the cleaner leaves or upfront before the cleaner arrives and /or late fees being added. For clients who wish to enter one of our contracts and pay monthly, this can be discussed. 6-month and 12-month contract deal come with discounted bills.
  • Q. How Do You Work Out Pricing?
    A. We have a pricing strategy which takes into account our expenses and offers the best value for our clients. By listening to each clients individual requirements we can quote for the tailored plan. This means clients pay for their exact requirements and priority tasks (set by the client) are always completed.
  • Q. Are Animals Allowed To Roam?
    A. Most animals are welcome to do as they usually would for the majority of the services we offer. Exceptions being: Uncontrollable animals Dangerous animals Overly friendly animals We would also require animals to be removed from a room where the floor is being cleaned or other low surfaces. If an animal is roaming and a staff member makes a request for the client to remove the animal from the room, this should be adhered to. The cleaner reserves the right to refuse work where they do not feel safe or they feel the animal in question may either suffer as a result of the cleaning or negatively impact the result of the cleaning requirements.
  • Q. How Much Notice Should I Give For Cancellation?
    A. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancelling from 48 hours-24 hours before your clean time starting will incur a 25% charge. Less than 24 hours notice 50% charge. Less than 12 hours would be a 75% charge, and less than 6 hours would be a 100% charge. Cancellation of a deep and detailed clean will also be liable for last minute cancellation charges and we will use the details on file to pursue payment owed.
  • Q. Do You Work Bank Holidays?
    A. We are open as usual on most bank holidays. However, we close on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Any change to this will be announced promptly and personally to those effected. Our residential clients are assigned their own cleaner, on occasions where your regular cleaner is on annual leave you will be informed and a temporary cleaner will perform the clean for the visit specified. Each client is within their rights to skip the clean if they wish, should their regular cleaner be unavailable at short notice.
